1. Chiropractor

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Assess the patient’s spine, posture, and reflexes to provide the appropriate treatment.
  2. Administering holistic treatments, such as spinal manipulation, adjustments, massage, and hot and cold compresses
  3. Perform neuromusculoskeletal therapy by adjusting the patient’s spine and other joints.
  4. Working with patients to identify health concerns and create a plan for treatment or management.
  5. Adhering strictly to ethical principles and professional standards outlined in regulatory guidelines and organisational policies.

Requirements & Skills:
  1. Proven work experience as a Chiropractor or similar role.
  2. Comprehensive knowledge of neuromusculoskeletal injuries, conditions, and treatments.
  3. Understanding of stretches, exercises, therapies, and dietary changes that may help patients manage their overall health.
  4. Ability to analyse patient conditions based on observations and medical tests.
  5. Strong communications and active listening skills.
  6. The ability to build and maintain rapport with patients.
  7. Good health and fitness.
  8. Tolerance and patience.
  9. Good interpersonal skills.

2. Front Desk Receptionist

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the office.
  2. Answer and manage incoming calls, taking messages as necessary.
  3. Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
  4. Maintain patient records and ensure all information is up-to-date.
  5. Assist with billing.
  6. Manage office supplies and inventory.
  7. Perform general administrative tasks, including filing and data entry.
  8. Ensure the reception area is clean and welcoming.


Requirements & Skills:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
  2. Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
  5. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly.
  7. Friendly and professional demeanour.
  8. Proficient in both English and Chinese.
